Meredith Coleman McGee is an author, poet, book publisher, lecturer, and small business owner. Her works include: James Meredith: Warrior and the America that created Him; Nashida: Visits the Smith Robertson Museum; and Nashida: Visits the Mississippi State Capitol. McGee is a niece of civil rights icon James Howard Meredith.
