The Black Votes Matter  Fund is providing grants in the range of $1,000-$4,000 to grassroots groups that are currently leading COVID19 relief work in their target states: North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Mississippi, Michigan, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana.  Here is a link to the application:
